These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Guess The User ("we", "us", or "our"), including the website at guesstheuser.com, the Discord Companion Application, and associated multiplayer game services.
By using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game or invite the Discord Bot.
Because Guess The User operates in conjunction with the Discord platform, you also agree to comply with:

Chat messages and member avatars displayed during gameplay belong to their respective authors and the Discord guilds in which they were originally posted.
Guess The User does not claim any ownership rights over user-generated chat messages. We merely process conversation excerpts ephemerally to create contextual puzzle frames for guessing rounds.
Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. Guess The User is an independent community open-source project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free gameplay, or continuous compatibility with future Discord API updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Guess The User, its contributors, or maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to access the service, including data loss or unauthorized access by third parties.
We reserve the right to revoke bot access or suspend access to our web services for any server or user that violates these Terms or Discord's policies. Server owners may terminate data processing at any time by running /clearcache and removing the bot from their server.
